Our Story
Radiant Painting & Coatings, a proud member of the RQC Group, has been delivering excellence since 2012. What began as a facility and maintenance management company has evolved into a multifaceted business following a strategic restructuring in 2017. Now, as part of the RQC Group—which stands for Respect, Quality, and Connection—Radiant Painting & Coatings specialises in providing top-tier painting and specialised coating services. Alongside our sister company, Diverse Building & Roofing Services, we cater to a diverse clientele, including commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. Each division is led by dedicated managers and supported by our experienced senior management and administrative teams, ensuring the highest service standards across all our operations.

Radiant Painting and Coatings currently operate in South East Queensland & Northern NSW.
Our growth plan includes consideration of extending our area of operation. Several members of our leadership team have built and managed operations throughout Regional Queensland, Northern Territory, and NSW.

Overview:
Aaron joined DBRS in June 2022 as Painting Supervisor running the painting team within DBRS. He has now moved to manage RQC Group’s painting and coatings company Radiant Painting & Coatings Pty Ltd. Before DBRS/Radiant Painting & Coatings, Aaron ran his own painting company for 6 years providing services to construction, commercial, insurance, and residential clients. Works including shopping centres, body corporate repaints, high-rise apartment buildings (new and repainted) new factory complexes, townhouse complexes and a large volume of insurance repairs. Before that, he managed a painting company with up to 50 staff in QLD and Victoria primarily providing services to the
insurance industry.
